ถ้ามีข้อความแบบนี้ ให้เราถอดฮาร์ดิสก์ ไปก๊อปปี้ไฟล์ hal.dll จาก c:\windows\system32\hal.dll จากเครื่องอื่น

ถ้าไม่ได้ก็ต้องล้างเครื่องกันแล้วล่ะครับ
